NASA International Space Apps Challenge is the largest annual hackathon on the planet, open and free for any and all space enthusiasts of all ages and backgrounds!

Participants form teams of 1-6 people and address one of the several challenges that will be published by NASA Space Apps before the event. No matter if you are an engineer, a scientist, a designer, a writer, an artist, or anything else or in between, you will find a challenge right for your skills and your team!

This year, Gothenburg will host an in-person Local Event offering to up to 100 participants the chance to take part in NASA Space Apps while being in a fun and stimulating environment, and where Mentors and Speakers from sponsoring companies and institutions offer their advice and give keynotes.
