Lindholmen Science Park AB, company organization number 556568-6366, (“Lindholmen Science Park”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides the platform My AI (“My AI”) and as a result of you registering an account on My AI (“User”) or by using My AI we process your personal data. We also process personal data about you who are mentioned on My AI by our Users.

Your privacy and the protection of your personal data are important to us and for transparency we have created this Privacy Policy to provide you with the information of how we process your personal data in connection to My AI.

1. What personal data do we process, what are the purposes of our processing of your personal data, what legal basis do we base such processing on and for how long period of time is your personal data stored?

1.1 Personal data that we receive from you

Registration

When you register an account on My AI, we collect your first and last name, nationality, and your sign-on credentials (email and password). We process this personal data for the purpose of setting up and administering your account, including contacting you in relation to eventual changes to your account and My AI. The legal basis for this processing is that the processing is necessary for the performance of the contract that you enter into with us for your account on My AI. You are required to provide this personal data in order to register an account on My AI. If you don’t provide the personal data, we have no possibility to set up and administering your account.

We will process this personal data as long as it is necessary for us to administer our contractual relation and to fulfill and/or exercise our contractual rights and obligations towards you as a User.

Profile

When you have registered an account on My AI, you can create a personal profile containing additional personal data than what is required for registering an account. If you choose to provide such additional information, we will also process this personal data, including information about preferred content, additional contact details and other information that you provide in relation to your profile on My AI. Please note that it is optional to create a personal profile and as such it is optional to register age and/or gender in your profile. If you choose to provide also this information, it will be processed solely by us and is not something that will become public on My AI. All other information that you provide in your profile on My AI will be visible to other Users.

Please note! Do not include any sensitive information or unsuitable information about yourself or others in your profile on My AI. Your profile will be visible to other Users, so do not include personal data in your profile that you do not want to share openly with other Users.

We will process the personal data that you provide for your profile for the purpose of creating and publishing your profile in accordance with the information that you provide which hopefully will make your interaction with other Users more fruitful. The processing of your personal data for this purpose is based upon the legal basis that the processing is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests to create and publish your profile in accordance with the information that you provide to make your interaction with other Users more fruitful.

We will process the personal data as long as you are a User or until you delete the information in your profile on My AI.

Updates and uploaded material

If you publish content or upload material on My AI containing your personal data, we also process the personal data in such publications and uploaded material. The purpose of our processing of this personal data is to maintain My AI and the purpose of the platform which among other is to be a platform for information sharing. The processing of your personal data for this purpose is based upon the legal basis that the processing is necessary for the purpose of our legitimate interests to maintain My AI and the purpose of the platform of information sharing.

We will process the personal data as long as the material on My AI containing your personal data is available on My AI.

Support, requests and reporting

If you ask for support connected to your use of My AI or if you make requests, we will process personal data about you that relates to such request. If you report another User or content on My AI, we will also process your personal data that relates to this. The same applies if you have been reported by another User, we will process your personal data that relates to such report. The purpose of our processing of this personal data is to register, investigate, decide upon, communicate with you and to take necessary measures to resolve the matter at hand and administer your request for support or your reporting of another User or content on My AI as well as ensuring that our Terms of Use for My AI are upheld. The processing of your personal data for these purposes are based upon the legal basis that the processing is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests to handle and administer your request for support or your reporting of another User or content on My AI as well as ensuring that our Terms of Use for My AI are upheld.

We will process the personal data until the matter relating to your support matter or a request put forward by you or another User is resolved and for a period of three months thereafter for administrative purposes.

1.2 Personal data that we receive from others

Content and news

Other Users can post and share content and news on My AI that contain your personal data. We can also collect personal data about you from other sources, such as relevant professional news relating to you, and share such content on My AI as part of our service to provide My AI. The purpose of our processing of this personal data is to maintain My AI and the purpose of the platform which among other is to be a platform for information sharing. The processing of your personal data for this purpose is based upon the legal basis that the processing is necessary for the purpose of our legitimate interests to maintain My AI and the purpose of the platform of information sharing.

We will process the personal data as long as the content containing your personal data is available on My AI.

1.3 Personal data that we receive from your use of MY AI

General use

When you use My AI, we process your IP-address and information about your use of My AI such as time and duration of your visit to My AI. The information is collected through the use of cookies and similar technology. The purpose of our processing of this personal data is to collect aggregated statistics and execute surveys to develop and improve the services on My AI. The processing of your personal data for this purpose is based upon the legal basis that the processing is necessary for the purpose of our legitimate interests to develop and improve the services on My AI.

We will process the personal data according to above for a period of three months after the personal data was collected.

Private messaging function

We process information about when you send, receive, or reply to messages on My AI. However, we will not view the actual content of the private messaging function in My AI. We will process this personal data for the purpose of administering the private messaging function in My AI. The processing of your personal data for administering the private messaging function in My AI is based upon the legal basis that the processing is necessary for the purpose of our legitimate interests to administer the private messaging function in My AI.

We will process the personal data in the private messaging function as long as you and the person that you have sent a message to in the private messaging function is a User.

1.4 Protect and exercise our legal rights

In the event of a dispute or similar between us in relation to My AI we may process such personal data about you that are relevant in the particular matter. We will process this personal data for the purpose of defending or exercising our rights. The processing of your personal data for defending or exercising our rights is based upon the legal basis that the processing is necessary for the purpose of our legitimate interests to defend or exercise our rights.

We will process the personal data according to above until the matter is resolved.

2. Who do we share your personal data with?

Please note that the personal data that you have chosen to provide in your profile, except for age and gender as described above, and the content that you upload on My AI will be shared with all Users of My AI.

We will also share your personal data with contracted third parties that help us develop My AI. These third parties will process personal data on our behalf as processors.

3. Transfer of personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA

We strive to only process personal data within the EU/EEA. When we transfer your personal data to third parties acting as our processors, e.g., supplier of support and maintenance of IT and cloud services, these processors may transfer data outside the EU/EEA on our behalf. In cases where our processors are transferring or processing personal data outside the EU/EEA, such processing is based either on a decision from the European Commission establishing that the country in question ensures an adequate level of protection or appropriate safeguards that ensure that your rights are protected such as standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission and supplementary security measures to such standard contractual clauses when necessary.

Right to object to our processing

If we process your personal data, you have the right to receive information about our processing of your personal data. You also have the right to request a copy of the personal data we process about you.
